Customer support is top notch! They reply fast and are very helpful! Wifi is far from the product and traveling through walls, but will connects very well at different points throughout the day.

Cons

It the same grainy low quality as my 1080p camera. The connectivity on these cameras is terrible. A completely useless security camera.

The motion detection is horrible. There is no rhyme or reason as to when it thinks it's supposed to record. The ad depicts a plug n play, i have 5g at my home the option of a 2. It delete all of the videos when you have only selected a few to delete.

This is my 2nd cheapo that hasn't lasted a year. Don't buy. What a mistake. Very disappointed. A real waste of my money.

The battery is terrible. They disconnect or won't connect to wi-fi frequently. Phone alerts are sooooo delayed.
