Pros
Compares favorably to the slightly smaller sofia and sam oversized memory foam lap desk. It has the perfect padding on the bottom, it's comfortable, but not too soft. I wish it did have a softer fabric, though this one seems to be very durable.
It’s extremely lightweight and i love the way it looks. The bamboo seems to be of pretty decent quality.
This desk allows me to work while i'm on the couch with my feet up. It also rests right between the two armrests of my recliner chair. The lip at the bottom is very mildly distracting, but i think i'll get used to it.
Motorola phone easily fits into its slot. The rim on the front holds a laptop in place. The phone holder and strap are nice additions.
Cons
This is called an xl-large oversized lap desk. It's not oversized, it's small. When you pull it out of the box it looks beautiful but the looks are deceiving.

The cushion is well made and very comfortable.
Well made- back foam is firm yet comfortable on lap.
After trying several lap desks and being extremely disappointed, i splurged and bought this one almost two and half years ago.
Leveled when small step is tucked in - never spill my coffee on anything anymore.
Price
First, i can definitely say that it is worth the extra money.

I liked that the board is large it would of been nice to have a softer cushion that would for to your legs

The wood surface was very nice although it was very slick which made it not ideal for mouse use the cursor would skip a bit and the mouse would slide right off if angled up or moved at all
