I had looked at fit bits and others but was put off by the fact they need to be charged go uses a watch battery and i think the text alert on them is gimmicky

Hold the screen down for a few seconds and an analogue watch screen displays for a few seconds also

Have worn swimming and in bathshower and the screen sometimes freezes temporarily after these but it comes back
