Competitiveness
I tried another smartwatch before buying this one, as i want something to will help me get my fitness levels up.
This was a replacement for a 5 year old withings steel which i was really pleased with.
I also purchased a withings digital scale that syncs to the same app as the watch.
'm not a huge fan of smartwatches.

I didnt want anything too complex and the app again is easy to use and sync to other apps such as strava

Its possible to sync it to your phone i have it set up to notify me of phone calls but nothing else as i didnt want anything too intrusive

The screen is a fun addition for when it is too dark to see the watchface which is a tad bit smaller than id hoped for or to read twitter notifications without taking out my phone

I assume this is to preserve battery life which has run gt25 days but withings should have a software update to allow users to change the update times
