When the first one started having problems it began with the knod not functioning correctly at about 22 months followed by not at all at 24 months and the back seal failed and the back literally came off

Ive had my second watch for 5 months now and the knob push feature is beginning to not function without multiple compressesfirst watch lasting 2 years is boarder line but the second watch purchased lasting possibly less than 6 months is unexecptable in my bookthese are not mistreatedim retired and only remove the watch to swim and charge

Unfortunately the ecg feature one of the main reasons for getting the watch cannot be used outside of the us

I had the scanwatch 1 for almost 2 years when the back fell off and they sent me the scanwatch 2 as a warranty replacement

The battery life for me last just over 2 weeks and charges in about an hour or two

The notifications are good enough to see if it is something that i want to pay attention to but not so much info that it is a distraction from my normal life

I own all products by now and have been their customer for over 5 years combining all devices they have you get an amazing overview of your health i have not seen any company have such variety to date
