Pros & Cons
Pros
The withings steel hr has a wonderful and intuitive user interface. The free app does this using an organized and intuitive logging format. The watch has pulse, step count, sleep tracking, and fitness tracking. Sleep tracking is cery comprehensive and... Read More
It's great that it's rechargeable and doesn't need to be replaced. It is now truly waterproof and charging (which i didn't mention before) is much less clumsy with a new charger design.
I love that this has a classy look to it and is as much as possible like a real watch, but is so much more. At first glance the steel hr is as stylish as any other analogue watch at this price. The pros:classic look.
Look - beautiful and professional, no one notices it's a smart watch/fitness tracker. Comfort - it is comfortable to wear-tracking activity is nice. It is a 24/7 tracker that looks like a stylish watch. It looks very good even with a plastic wrist ban... Read More
Cons
Withings hr has several areas of poor performance. The notification is also a bit limited. Also the bluetooth is not sensitive too. Maybe now that the company is owned by nokia the new version will be made properly.
Two months in, the $200 watch i bought is just a functionless bracelet. No joy. It loses my heart rate.
The only time it calculates steps accurately is when i'm purposefully swinging my hand while i walk. Sleep tracker is not accurate and sometimes it doesn't sync. My sleep was not being tracked.

I had problems with the charger for the fitbit bands in the past, so i switched to the steel hr.
Packaging/appearance
Ihave charged the watch twice in the 60-ish days i've had it and t only takes about an hour to charge from less than 10% to full.
Competitiveness
Note: withings steel hr = nokia steel hr, this review applies to both products as they are one in the same.
Nokia just took over, so it's changing pretty quickly.
