Pros
Watch is very smart & slim in fact it looks very smart. Amazing battery life. Comfy to wear, to sleep with, does what it says, and most importantly very simple.
Cons
One of the drawbacks however is that the vibration feature is rather lackluster. The numerals are very faint and incredibly hard to read with a domed glass. Heart rate tracking seems inconsistent and will drop out for no perceivable reason.

Not heard of withings before but am very impressed with the watch.
