Pros

This is an expensive appliance, however, i get sooooo much value from it as i use it weekly. It comes with a sous vide rack for perfect meat or fish cooked to an exact temperature.

This is a top of the line item and it is worth every single penny you spend on it. It's astounding all this can do as compared to anything else on the market! Great wedding gift. This thing is top notch!

The wolf probe solves that vexing issue with aplomb. The probe is extremely dependable, as well.

Cons

Start/stop makes the beep like its working but it never draws more than 1. Watts and does not heat. The other gripe is the * knob, it sticks out 1. Same cheap chinese construction, materials and quality control.

It's user friendly and has the quality in function and appearance that i expect from wolf.

Be careful with the handles they get hot is about all i have in the negative column.

Not something i have to worry about with the wolf cooker.

But if price is not an issue, then just get it.

Assembly & installation: you pull this out of the manufacturer's packaging and give everything that touches food a good hand wash.

Part of the weight was packaging - very well packed and arrived in great condition.
