I was concerned that the strength of the adhesive would cause pain when removing but it did not when i used a bit of water to help loosen them

I should note that these adhesive pads are quite thick so if you are wearing something with a thin material then you will really need to ensure perfect alignment of the pads or the shape will show through your shirt much like a padded bra would
