The waist band is very comfortable and elastic all the way around with a shoelace type closure. They have the draw string, bungee chord that can tighten or loosen capris if needed. The waist is elastic.
Only one complaint. They are also shiny and make a swishing noise when i walk.
Good price. Great quality. They are pretty versatile. These are perfect. Recommend for sure.

They have a nice fit, but are so see through. I’m not sure i can wear them out in public.
