Pros

The cut is very flattering, tapering in nicely at the hips and flaring out just enough at the knees. It's very cute and okay quality for the price. But sooooo comfy and stretchy. I usually don't like extra padding but for this dress it works.

The sizing on it is spot on. Fits well, comfortably and washes well and is incredibly flattering with a razorback top and some soft cotton under shorts. The only thing that could be improved would be the straps, they are not adjustable.

The color of the red is very vibrant. The red version is dynamite! This is a great dupe for similar workout dresses which cost two-three times as this one.

I worry about chaffing my thighs and this dress has shorts that are long enough to cover my thighs without taking away from the adorable dress.

Cons

The straps are not adjustable and it was an awkward length on me. The dress wasn't flattering because of gapping caused by the dress trying to fit my body. Also the fabric is like idk bathing suit material.

The shoulder and chest area is rather revealing, so my wife wears it with a t-shirt underneath.

It was a double gamble when it arrived and i realized the straps weren’t adjustable.
