My goal is to wear this after a few weeks of recover to run errands etc. It really helps flatten the belly- and i'm at least a size smaller in this. For compression purposes this garment is amazing. You have to put it on like it's pants.

Bought a xl/xxl. It’s not too tight and not too loose. Although, i’m 5’6” and 120 pounds the medium is snug.
