Pros
This is a must have for all weight lifters. I use this belt to help me squat deeper with heavier weights. I do weight lifting just for fun and this is a very inexpensive belt to purchase.
Cons
Too small. I wear a size 4 in jeans ordered a medium and it was way too big. Very poor quality, not good.

It is very sturdy and a color she loves.
Velcro is very secure and the belt is sturdy.
I don’t like leather belts because of how badly they can cut into your skin but this doesn’t do that at all.
Waaay too big for me, wasn't even tight when i tried to velcro it as far as possible.
Price
For 24 dollars you can’t beat the price
Definitely worth the money for what you’re getting!

If you want something affordable you can keep in your gym bag and not get too upset if it gets messed up, this is the one.
Shipping
I got this and started using it as soon as it came in the mail.
It obviously came folded up when shipped and i still cannot get the fold lines out even after wearing it several times.
My order came quickly but i was sad that it was the wrong size despite using the size chart.

So i would highly suggest ordering a size smaller than your measurements with this brand as a whole, no matter what style the belt.
