Its like anything new you just have to figure it out i wear my watch every day including to the gym with the original band i would always have to look to see if it didnt come undone

Update i still dont have any issues with this band also i forgot to mention the strap loop has an extra security it has a rubberized pen that goes into the hole of the strap witch it prevents the strap from coming undone and it protects the screen of the watch

It provides the best support that the original bands should have had samsung im looking at you as the original would pop off with the slightest nudge

I sent this back because i changed from samsung fitness watch to a fitbit

Either way this had allowed me to wear my tracker again since the original bands broke and were peeling their protective layer
