Love that they are dishwasher safe and not too thick
No stain no plastic pieces, hold their shape and go right into the dishwasher
They are a little heavier than a regular plastic board but not super heavy like a thick wooden cutting board.

I throw mine in the dishwasher and they dont distort crack and dont hold on to the moisture the way wood does

I bought this cutting board because my wife and i are attempting to stay away from using plastic as we read microplastic can be cooked into your food

Only caveat is that after using it for a couple months we noticed that tiny pieces of wood came out not that big of a deal since the pieces can be wiped off and cause no harm
