Pros & Cons
Pros
Wooden keyboard wrist rest palm rest for keychron k2 / k2 pro. It's an all around enjoyable device. This is now my secondary keyboard since employer changed software and unable to work smoothly.
Solid walnut slab with rubber feet on the bottom to keep it from sliding. Foot pads are large and grippy and the board is flat so it doesn't wobble.
The wrist rest is very comfortable and supportive. It is stylish and looks great on a desk. If you suffer from carpotunnel and you are wearing a wrist brace this wrist rest will slide smoothly on it.
It's beautifully crafted, wonderfully smooth, and brilliantly sturdy. Around the edges of the insert there are more small burs that can't really be felt, but can be seen.
It works fine and you really have to be looking close to notice the slight unevenness. I love it, but it's somewhat expensive and it came warped.
Cons
Wooden block with grippy pads stuck to the bottom of it. Bottom wobbles when weight is applied to the top left or bottom right corners. Finish on the wood is subpar, while running your hand across, you can feel the uneven sanding.
Highlights

The wood is great quality (no knots or splits).

This is now my "secondary" keyboard since employer changed software and unable to work smoothly.
Pros:- not slippery- look goodcons:- not comfortable- don't taper towards the edge very welli used them for a week and threw them away.
Price
It's also cheaper to buy on keychrons website so if you're more patient than me just get it from them.
First, it is a little pricey for just a piece of wood.
It is stupidly expensive in that context.
Shipping
Bought them from amazon for free shipping and because my q1 took forever to ship from keychron.
Packaging/appearance
The palm rest i received came in a beautiful wood color which i was very pleased with.
I didn't check the box and it's already gone.
Competitiveness
Works great for the q1 and the gmmk pro, it actually fits the gmmk pro a little better than the q1 so it should work great for either.
I was originally hesitant to buy this palm rest for my keychron k2 because of the number of people who have had problems with t... Read More
Another suggestion for keychron: more wood finish options would be nice, as this is currently your only wood option for the q1.

So cosmetically its got some imperfections which isnt shocking give the material being wood but you would hope with modern manufacturing we could manage a little better

The embossed metal 34keychron34 logo on the bottom right is both unnecessary and annoying since i end up feeling it when i move my fingers over the arrow keys
