The performance is superb, especially after following rob's tips for initial setup and sharpening. Holds edge good.

Cons

Not a good value for the money. Fit and finish are really bad. Would not recommend.

This is a quality made tool that just feels great in your hands.

It is super easy to adjust when using it and the ergonomics of it are just amazing.

I replaced the blade with a hock blade, after sharpening and tuning i managed to get 0.

I think it is the best bang for your buck.

After watching rob cosman videos on youtube, i could see that this plane was worth the money.

For the money you won't be sorry.

You don't need to spend any extra money to get a lie nielsen or a veritas.

Competitiveness

It compares very well to the best planes on the market for fare price.

I replaced the blade and chip breaker with a hock brand after market blade and now it is one of my favorite planes.
