Pros
The sound is amazing, it never does the annoying clash sound of low-grade wind chimes. Due to the tuning of the notes i have even heard wisps of recognizable music.
Even with a slight breeze these chimes resonate. They have a comforting tone, not the high pitched tinkling that can really go thru your head. It's very calming and soothing to here.
This chime is top of the line. It’s attractive and easy to hang with a clip.
Cons
The striker sits askew on the string and appears to be on upside down (larger hole drilled in striker where the knot should sit inside but instead it is on the top surface and knot is on bottom) there is no way to attach an o ring for hanging as the s... Read More
This chime is 44 long if you count the string, the longest chime tube is 21 inches. The entire thing is 43 inches long. The tubes are very thin and not very long.

Well packaged, easy to assemble, good tone.
Competitiveness
It was pricy and i trust their brand, but in all honesty the competitors do just fine without the high cost for larger pipes.
I wanted something that had the mellow sound but without the stinging price of other brands.

Unlike most of woodstock chimes products this one is all metal so no wood to eventually rot as always happens with the wooden ones

These are beyond a doubt the most lovely sounding chimes i’ve ever heard

Well built and resonate continuously in low wind but not really suited for high wind areas such as 16 mph plus areas
