Pros

They do a nice job of fluffing up the laundry and also cut drying time down! Clothes have less wrinkles when removed promptly from dryer. My clothes come out soft and less wrinkly.

They're fragrance free too, so i'm totally excited about these! Love these things, the make the clothes so nice and soft. Would highly recommend.

These wool balls are an improvement in all the ways i can think of. I have some of these wool dryer balls that i got free when i hosted a party for norwex.

Cons

They are not xl wool balls, they are smaller that the ones i have which are new zealand wool, not like this made in china. Where is the 30 day risk-free trial and 100% money back guaranteed stickers noted on amazon ordering site?

Wool balls are supposed to produce wrinkle free, soft and scent free clothes. All it does is add more lint to your clothes. No difference in dryer time or other clothes. They also cause the clothing to have static.
