Pros

The one size up fits nicely, a little loose which is how i like it. But just so you know, it is a bit on the snug side. I want men's snug small and it feel like a normal medium to me.

Both the zipper and the drawstring feel solid. The fleece material is very comfortable and warm. Its zippered so easy to take on and off.

The columbia fleece pullover is a staple in the region i live in. It is very lightweight and great for an office environment. Looks professional with my business logo embroidered on it. Classy look for the office etc.
