It is just the right weight- not heavy but very snuggly and warm. My husband is a hot sleeper, and it's probably more of a winter option for him. While the pattern may look tweed, the fabric is a soft brushed cozy material.

The pillow is missing *, the comforter is a wrinkled mess. The foam is all knotted up inside. The bedding itself is very uncomfortable.

The picture is wrong! There is no light blue, instead it is a chocolate color inside the squares with a soft beige or taupe inside the lines. Secondly, the advertised color appears to be blue with a hint of grey/brown.
