Pros

It's soft / gets very warm (on #20) and has a preheat feature. It heats up fast. If i wake in the middle of the night and want to change the temperature, it takes several 'arrow up' or 'arrow down' clicks to revise the settings.

Very soft on both sides, very silky on one side, and warm. I love the softness and the size, it’s so great to cuddle up in.

Cons

Reviewer says blanket is a barely lighted mess. Unplugged and plugged back in several times. Product indicates it has a 5 year limited warranty.

Best alternative would be a nice, lightweight, expensive down blanket. I just didn't want to deal with the expense as well as the hassle of also using a duvet. Ok it is soft and lightweight but. It's a big disappointment.

Our last heated blanket lasted 4 years, but this one seems to be higher quality.

The heater control is cheap in comparison to the quality of the blanket though.
