Pros

This is the nicest blanket i have ever owned. Dogs love it, hence my acceptance of the wear and tear. Tolerates washing well.

Cons

Woolrich says it has a 5 year warranty, but it's an endless and hopeless path to try and get any customer service. Warranty does not cover any return shipping fees. Returned to amazon, and received a new blanket.

The plastic window through which you see the led which displays the heat level, seems to be opaque. The controller function * are not back lighted.
