Lights on the controller keep flashing and it won't turn on. I apologize again for this inconvenience and hope you are able to get this matter resolved as quickly and effortlessly as possible.

Well constructed with nice tight seams - i sew so i notice these things.
Item broke in less than 5 months and can't get a refund or replacement
It wiped right off as it beaded up and did not saturate the fabric.
Shipping
I took a chance and ordered it, and unfortunately found out after it arrived that it will only stay on for 2-hours before shutting off.

It was 60 degrees in the room i turned on for 1 hour on the medium setting to take the chill out of the bed before getting in bed then turned off got in bed went to sleep

I only had this blanket a short time and my cord just flashes when i plug it in

I think it’s easy to miss but this is a throw more so than something that could take the place of a twin bed sized blanket
