Love this series and this book in particular is my favourite and shipment was fast. My only disappointment is that this series here will be 10 books.

Great book by an extremely prolific author. Well written makes you wanna kee p reading. Standard mass-market paperback.
Great story teller. Fantastic continuation of the previous story, even more epic stories and action.
Cons
Spends an inordinate amount of time in the character's head and emotions. However, the printing quality is abysmal. This either implies i have absurdly terrible luck or this is an alarmingly common issue.

If you love world-building, great character development, battles, twists, magic and fantasy then this is the book series for you!

That means, for me, this lumbering monster needs to stun me about 4 times during its course and it failed to do that even once.

For an author who clearly has a strong command of writing and storytelling it is puzzling to me that he can’t give his characters more variable descriptives for facial expressions

I feel that most fantasy book authors hold jr tolkien in such high regard that their own books end up unintentionallyas pale imitations of the lotr series while mirroring its character arcs plot trajectories
