I could barely get through the plastic bubble to get to the sharpener, the very thing i needed to get it sharp in the first place.

For the price, this is a great little tool to bring camping out on vacation to keep knives slicing and dicing.
I am going to order another one of these to keep around because it's just worth it, the price is great and the product is quality.

Very well packaged, with instructions (and an outline of the oregon map) printed on it.
On a side note, the packaging is very well done.

Not a replacement for the other worksharp field sharpener, which i also recommend.

Not sure id use it on any type of fancy kitchen knife or something like that but for blades you are using regularly that benefit from a quick sharpen
