I ordered the product on thursday and received it at 8 o’clock on friday morning, thanx amazon!

Packaging/appearance


I could take a picture of it but honestly, it looks just like the picture in the amazon ad.


I received a gift of a new wusthof 5 inch santoku knife for the holidays and was in awe of its out of the box sharpness.


Save the box, as it has the instructions for sharpening various blades printed on the inside.

Competitiveness


Those took a little longer than say d2 but the results were the same.


And to be fair, i can do a better job with this worksharp in 1/10 of the time.

    I can get a nice edge with a set of whetstones but it can take me several hours many hours 8 stones with a stone to fix up a kitchen knife that has taken the usual abuse

    You probably do not needwant the 34elite34 version that is more difficult to use more difficult to get the correct edge angle more like a simple bench grinder

    Just get the regular ken onion version variable speed that has the regular adjustable knife angle thing
