Pros

Small enough to fit in her purse and glovebox of her car. Laser and button for the mace are separate. The infrared light is why i purchased it.

Cons

The packaging is a terribly cheap presentation as well. The spray seems potent enough, and it was interesting having a red light on it, but there is next to no liquid inside of the cartridges.

The item keeps coming apart. Where the light shines and where the product dispenses is way off.

It can not be returned and no refund if it's not returned. Product isn't returnable so now i need to contact the company. Clearly, it needs a new battery, but the battery is not accessible for replacement.

This on/off lever is loose and it is loose on both pepper sprays that came in this order.

Unlike other pepper sprays that i’ve carried, this one will not stay in the unlocked position ready to use.
