The description is brief and concise. Especially the fine details for captions near the maps. Then you get numbered paragraphs across each map explaining the situation.
He is a boomer and they love ww2. The information is accurate and is not biased against any country or side.
Bought it for my 98 year old ww2 vet grandfather. An excellent bargain for the price. Value for cost is high.
Great little insets and out takes and added notes/pics. The maps are very large-scale, easy to read, and have fine written accompaniment.
