Pros
Quality stitching on comfortable fabric. The fabric is sturdy yet fairly soft, & the stitching seems secure. Comfortable, just like pictures, fast shipping.
Cons
Mine is mushy, not firm and it doesn't provide good lumbar support. It pushes my neck forward in a way that aggravates my neck problems. The covering is very coarse.

The curve of the pillow is great for lumbar support but doesnt push your head forward i have a ponytail so thats especially problematic

I wanted to be able to switch them around instead of getting one size to go across the bed just in case it lost its sturdiness
