Pillow is very soft and comfortable right out of the packaging.
Tip: open it in a place that’s easy to sweep or vacuum as the packaging shreds and gets everywhere.
The packaging was excellent (it as a challenge to open as it was tightly packed) but once i got it out, it fluffed out perfectly.

I suggest the manufacturers consider strengthening the ties that keep the buttons in place as i am not the first customer to experience this

The buttons themselves overlap onto the area that you detach the cover from the pillow and there is a zipper on the bottom area
