Pros
The wedge is great because you can use in in multiple ways so you can either sit more upright, or lay down slightly propped. It's full/weighty and stands on its own without flopping or sagging. This great comfy pillow is perfect to lean back on.
It's nicer than a headboard. The cover is removable for washing. It is stylish, not super heavy.
Cons
False advertising. Double zipper shown is only one large well sewn zipper on mine. Pillow looks nothing like what’s advertised and is dated and old and definitely not linen with light lines like what advertised.

I used to have the smaller rectangular but that one would constantly fall in between my headboard and mattress and offered no support whatsoever

The fabric is thick a bit like upholstery fabric and not just a thin throw pillow fabric
