Pros

The cover is plush and thick. The ribbed velvet/fleece-like fabric is not only pleasing to the eye, but it's also incredibly comfortable. Pockets hold my phone & enough kleenex to make my granny’s purses jealous.

Going to buy one for my mil.

The wedge shape makes it finally so comfy to sit up and relax in bed. The stuffing is comfortable to lean against. I never want to get up, it's kind of ruining my ambition, but i'm fully into it.

I suffer from terrible chronic pain, and this pillow has been a lifesaver. It’s perfectly supportive and no back pain. It's squishy and soft but very supportive.

Cons

I think the biggest takeaway is that it's way overpriced. Getting really fed up with this lack of inspection and recklessness to detail.

After opening and expanding, there was an obvious lump in the cushion in the middle. It exposes the white filling inside and makes it look ripped!

This is a very big, overstuffed pillow, and they used a flimsy, cheap zipper to secure it. But the “removable” cover on this product is virtually impossible/impractically.
