I can't get a refund. I can't ship it back while travelling' 'i have no way of getting a replacement bag to get home with my belongings' 'it's not a bag.

Good for travel because it fits in overhead no problem (even when extended), is easily cleaned and ascetically pleasing.
Roomy spacious and no issue in theoverhead bin even when using the expansion capability.
The hand seem to be pretty flimsy, love the cup holder feature.
First impression is that it look well made.
Shipping
Received this in time for a trip.
Arrived early and in perfect condition - i was worried since some reviews said their's were damaged.

When we ordered this carry on luggage we didnt realize the power pack wasnt included and nowhere does it say it isnt

However when fully loaded you can’t roll it on all 4 wheels you have to pull on all 2 wheels tilted straight up it’s easier on 4 so that’s disappointing

If i tipped it over too far when towing it the case its self would drag

I ended up pushing it sideways alot as it didnt tip over as often that way
