Pros

This is a great heating pad as it has a velcro strap that keeps it in place on any part of your body. Perfect for my arthritic wrist.

The heat control is excellent. It has nine heat settings and five auto-off settings. I use setting 1 because i often recline with it on and that is the right about of heat to relieve the pain.

It works well and heats up quickly. Cord connection very sturdy and temperature control dial very responsive. Controller and cord are a nice size.

Cons

Comfytemp heating pad is very low heat. Highest heat level feels neutral. No place to put gel pack.

There is no light to let you know heating pad is on. The strap is a joke.
