Its a bit bulky even for me when placed on wrists so if you are of a smaller frame then id recommend you get the dedicated wrist weights

These are really long for forearm sleeves im 6434 and these feel big on me

Because of this the loose netting that holds the weights should get less abuse from the weights siding around to hold up longer however i think i would have preferred to see something stronger than the netting for how much weight these things hold

If you get these at the same time as the similar legs weights you might consider marking them somehow colored bread tie tape etc if you dont start with different weight amounts since although they are different they are difficult to tell apart from a quick glance since they are relatively similar in size due to the length of the weight bars

But since you can see thru the netting you can probably count the weights in each or by the weight difference by picking each up

You could put on some weighted gloves too but if you arent already buff i wouldnt plan to go that far
