Pros

My workout is an integrated workout with cardio and lifting. These provide what i need and more. Goodbye wrist pain after heavy lifts.

Cons

The material is thin and flimsy. Not impossible to use on the left but uncomfortable and inconvenient. I got sent two right-handed straps.
