Pros
The raised grid is great and keeps the pieces in place! Such class and design perfection. Fast forward to 2020 covid19 home quarantine. I find the level of customer service that marissa provided exceptionally rare these days.
Cons
The wood on the gameboard is thin craftwood, haphazardly stained. The dividers between the squares are cheap plastic. Scrabble has not been opened.

I purchased the game in late 2018 but we never got around to actually opening the box and setting it up

Upon unsealing the box our enthusiasm immediately halted as we realized that only the board was present and all the actual game pieces instructions etc were missing
