Pros
My door jamb is a little janky from the people who lived there before * the door in for whatever reason. I like how it has a function (unlock, lock, unlock manual) for garbage and then it will not lock when you leave.
Cons
If you use a key from the outside, a very sturdy old lock is no match - the protruding knob will turn with the key. Auto unlock works 10% of the time. Canceling and then manually opening takes forever.
The lock needs frequent recalibration. From the inside after hard reset the motor kinda try to push the lock even when it was fully closed emit weird sound and jammed. Nothing more could be done to otherwise diagnose the faulty unit.
Wyze is too big for its boots. The app needs to run in the background for it to work. But does not fix the design defect.
If they haven't bothered to add this simple feature in the first 2 years, i doubt they'll care to add it for the straggling purchases hereafter. Buyer potential security breach, your invested device isn't yours.

A bit costly but after returning two cheaper models that don’t work, well worth it for easy of use.

Competitiveness
Has all adapter pieces for many different deadbolt brands.
Beats or as good as other locks that cost hundreds more.
I had the same problem with another wyze product.
Nothing much to say other than that it is my first smart lock and it is even better than i've expected and for the relatively low price.

Requires passcode with google home to unlock but can be locked without

Do wish it integrated with google home app better you can’t see door status or lockunlock within the google app has to be voice command

Does have a nice auto lock feature so when you close door it auto locks but use caution if you leave and close door without keys and phone your breaking in
