I use many products from wyze, and really like their product.
I will update this review in a few months but for now i am very pleased.
But i simply deleted the app and added it back this time with the lock and thermostat and it worked.
I really enjoy not needing to carry my house keys anymore, i simply unlock the door with the phone app.
Packaging/appearance
You plug in the gateway and set it up on the wyze app and then it launches step-by-step instructions to install the lock itself.
Once i removed the wyze skill, everything went back to normal.
I did have a problem with connection after i installed it because i already was using the wyze thermostat.
Competitiveness
Another wyze product that works great and is reasonably priced.
I've used a kevo lock for years this lock is way cooler.
Sign into wyze app and it will connect to alexa and google home.
The wyze app made it simple and walked you through all the steps.

The wyze app allows for multiple codes so different people can enter not having to know each others code

No need to worry about the manager if this is a rental house since this it dont need to change the lock and key set and it show no difference in the front

With a wyze watch and i can lock and unlock the door from my watch

I have been stuck standing at my door needing multiple attempts for it to accept my code before it will unlock the door
