Product support and technical assistance of the wyze wizards is top notch. For the price and all the functions, i'm blown away.

Only the right cup has touch functionality and it's limited to quick conversation (cupping the right ear turns the volume to almost off and amplifies outside conversations) buy headphones with an actual directional microphone.
