Pros

Alexa integration is great.

Picture/recording quality is the same as our other wyze cameras. The pic is the garage in complete darkness. The camera is configured to use my slower 2.

Controller acts as a visual (blinking lights) and audible (beeps) alert whenever the garage door is activated from the app. The qr sticker also makes it very accurate for indicating when the garage is open/closed.

Cons

The wyze app does not keep track of when the garage door is open or closed. It simply detects if a giant qr code is present or not. The app also lacks the ability to delete multiple events or event delete a single event.

The design is laughably bad. But not good enough for wyze. But this one is a stinker. But the advertising is extremely misleading. It has some shortcomings.

I'd disassemble it and return it if it weren't so difficult to access in my garage. It claims it uses location services and closes the door if 1320 ft away from home exit, but doesn't work. Troubleshooting for a whole weekend did nothing.
