Pros

The led bulbs work just fine, they come on a little slower than some of the florescent bulbs. Easy directions to remove the ballast, and all in all a very fast replacement. The led tubes are brighter than the fluorescent ones.

Tubes arrived in perfect shape, and were a very easy replacement for the fluorescent tubes that were in the fixture.
