The led lamps are thinner than t12 fluorescent ones and shine only half side so may not be as bright as fluorescent with reflectors

Easily installed there are many videos on youtube about to do this just make sure you find one specific to t12 as there are alot of different videos on different bulb types

At present does not need a clip or wire tie midway since the upper half of each tube is aluminum
