While adjusting the bulb when its installed isnt the easiest overall its a nice white and bright light

Take the black hot wire goes to both wires of one socket so wirenut the 2 socket wires together with the black hot wire

It does not matter which socket you choose

Take the white neutral wire coming into the fixture and wirenut it to the 2 wires coming out of the other socket

The ballast is disconnected from both the sockets and from the wires coming to the fixture
