Pros
This has to be the cheapest way to get replacement blades.
They come well packaged. They are well packaged, wrapped in brown paper with just enough oil. The first thing that will go, usually, is the tip.
Cons
The blades are way to oily and are so dull they rip paper even with the gentlest touch. They are not razor sharp as all the past blades i purchased. Even when used on cardboard, any pressure down on the tip is comically weak.
Space age lamination and all that cannot hide the fact that the x-acto x-iife is dull, provides a grainy cut, wears out really fast, and the tips (the most important part of the blade) break off quickly. Terrible considering xacto used to make these b... Read More
Many of the blades have burrs. Perhaps i misread the description, but those blades are dull. The blades are ground with a curvature from rear of blade to the point.
Today i am disappointed to report they’re back to making trash. Throwing my last two packages in trash. Do not buy these.

Great quality, was just what i needed.
All totalled, i've used x-acto #11 blades professionally and virtually every day in my studio for 46 years.
They are nowhere near as sharp and they lose their point immediately.
Price
I love these blades for the cost-to-quantity ratio.
Super nice hobby blades at a decent price.
I think the last time i bought a pack of five blades at one of the big box stores i paid @ $.
I typically sharpen my blades on a wet stone to save money.

It also says china on the back of the package.
The ones in the tiny black plastic box.

We didnt have computers then and cut everything by hand for print reproduction art
