This is exactly as hoped. It's easy to clean. I definitely recommend and the price is very fair compared to similar products.

These defrosting trays are absolutely fantastic. They defrost really beautifully. Works well for both cutting anddefrosting. Put one below your item and one on top for even faster thaws.

Both sides have some rubber edging to help keep it from sliding around your counter tops while chopping. It feels very sturdy with a nice weight. Extra bonus is the chopping board on the back.
