Pros
The bike looks awesome, just like the pics. The owners manual is pretty comprehensive. Don't forget to check your chain tightness and watch your brake fluid.
This bike is a great to learn on and for commutes. Great pickup and can top out at 85mph, fuel injected is nice as i'm not sure about overseas carburetors.
They reply within hours and are very courteous. They instill confidence in you.

This bike is sold with other various names and by different companies with a very large price swing.
Other than that the bike is perfect at a great price.
Competitiveness
Many of the other companies that sell this bike leave their customers stranded or charge fees for better warranty.
Hasn't been back for 600 miles and the bike runs like a champ.
It is clear that they do really care about their customers.

Its a quirky machine the speedometer is way off like 10 mph under what all the local speed traps are telling me

The paperwork that comes with the bike says to immediately change the oil and then ride it under 35 mph for 500 miles

Watching reviews of these online you can tell that manufacturer is very serious about getting better with each model
