It has to be heard to be believed

Initially i had it installed near to the kitchen but had to move it because it is very sensitive to nuisance tripping from cooking food

I dont see this as a negative at all and the only reason i placed it near to the kitchen was because of the cocarbon monoxide detection and my gas cooker thinking that a co alarm for near the kitchen would be good

The device however does have a ten year life sensor life and the printed instructions on the alarm are very clear that the installation date should be logged and that the alarm must be replaced after ten years

I bought two units when on offer to replace old co2 alarm in larder where boiler is and smoke alarm in hallway
