Pros

Installation is very straightforward and easy if you follow the instructions. Mounting options are pretty versatile, too. The instruction booklet is very small, quick and easy to read, and in plain english with no tricky statements.

It lasts up to 10 years. Includes long lasting lithium batteries. No more changing out 9 volt batteries every 2 years.

This is the second set i have from this company. Exceptional value for a pack of 3.

It initially uses bluetooth to connect to your phone. It automatically configures your wifi so you can get notifications while you're away. And, yes, drilled.

This is very reassuring for guests or children that may be visiting in the house. Of course multiple alarms throughout the house are the best idea. Fortunately the ipad version is setup differently so the “room” location could be edited.

Cons
